Data Dictionary Changes

Recent Changes:

• 01 July 2010 - Provider Type (PRVTP) Code Table
  • Added code '14' - Non-Credentialed Certified Peer Counselor.
  • Modified code '06' to read 'DOH Credentialed Certified Peer Counselor'. Previously read 'Certified Peer Counselor'.
  • These changes are related to 18.19 RCW.
• 01 July 2010 - Allowed Provider Types by Modality (PRVMO) Code Table
  • Appended code table to add code '14' to any modality that contained Provider Type '06'.
  • Special Note from DBHR:
    • "In the Service Encounter Reporting Instructions (SERI) document, many modalities list 'Certified Peer Counselor' as one of the staff qualifications to provide various services. We do not think that the addition of a 'Non-DOH Credentialed Certified Peer Counselor' as a type of Peer Counselor changes any instructions in the SERI therefore we do not plan to publish any associated changes to the SERI on this issue."
