DefinitionDiagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood (DC: 0-3) is a product of eight years of work by ZERO TO THREE'S multidisciplinary Diagnostic Classification Task Force. The task was to develop the first comprehensive guide to assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning for mental health problems in children, from infants to toddlers.
